Nitentxara B.V. (« Nitentxara ») publishes information about our recording studio in Amsterdam at https://nitentxara.digital. We aim to keep pages accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee completeness or error-free content at all times. Use of the site is at your own risk where the law permits.
2. No professional advice
Articles in our guides, such as delivering stems for a mix or loudness and mastering, share practical studio knowledge, not legal, tax or medical advice. For copyright, label contracts or vocal health, consult a qualified professional.
3. Prices and availability
Figures on service pages (for example €470 for a half-day band session) are indicative and include 21% VAT. Availability depends on the calendar; binding price and date appear only in an accepted quote under our terms and conditions.
4. Recording outcomes
Quality of a recording, mix or master depends on performance, arrangement, source material and release strategy. We do not promise playlist placement, chart positions or specific streaming numbers. Technical deliverables (formats, revision rounds) follow the quote and service descriptions.
5. Images and trademarks
Many photos on this site are generated with AI tools and convey the mood of a professional recording studio; people and setups may differ from real sessions. Software or platform names mentioned for illustration remain the property of their owners.
6. External links
Links to third-party sites (hosting, form provider, EU dispute platform) lead outside our control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their terms separately.
7. Liability
For harm arising from use of this website, except where mandatory law provides otherwise, our liability is limited to direct damage caused by a demonstrable error in our site content, capped at €500 per incident. Studio services are governed by article 13 of the terms and conditions.
