No. We work by appointment during Mon–Fri 10–20, Sat 10–18; closed Sunday. That keeps sessions from overlapping.

Band and vocals the same day is possible if scheduling allows. Mix or master usually follow with delivered files; prices on services.

For a three- to four-minute song, allow two to four hours including warm-up and comping. Unprepared lyrics or many takes extend that.

One or two people in control is usually fine. More guests we agree in advance because of space and focus in the live room.

We do not run a full backline. Microphones, headphones, DIs and basic monitoring are ready. Bring your own guitars, pedals and snare as needed.

Extensions only if the next slot is free and you agree upfront. Extra time is billed per hour at that service rate on services.

Not required: closed-back studio headphones are ready with a personal mix. Bring your own pair if you prefer.

24-bit WAV at 48 kHz by default, or your project sample rate. Mix and master as WAV; raw takes per track or as a session export as agreed.

Secure link or upload to your cloud drive. Large band sessions may arrive in batches; we tell you when everything is ready.

12 months after the last activity on our storage, then deletion. Keep your own backups; see privacy policy.

Mixing: 2 rounds with concrete notes. Mastering: one revision unless the quote says otherwise. Extra rounds per mixing or mastering rates.

We check length, sample rate and clipping at start. Reordering or converting stems may be billed separately or need extra time. Tips: deliver stems for mix.

After full payment, recordings for your project are yours, as set out in terms and conditions. The studio does not claim co-ownership of your music.

Your call once payment is complete and performers agree. We do not post client audio on social media without written permission.

No. We do not use client recordings to train machine-learning models and do not create voice clones without explicit written consent.

We use them to reply, send quotes and plan sessions. Retention and rights are in privacy policy; cookies in cookie policy.

If you want a credit, we agree wording together. Standard sessions do not require a credit line.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio where possible. IBAN and reference are on quotes and invoices from Nitentxara B.V..

Consumers usually on session day. Business clients with a valid VAT number may get 30 days after invoice.

Yes on the site and consumer quotes. Services also shows ex-VAT amounts. VAT rate is 21 %.

More than 7 days before the session: yes. Inside that window the deposit may be forfeited or moved once under terms and conditions.

From 16 on your own. Younger: booking and payment through a legal guardian; an adult stays present during the session.
